So you can see that there are some dramatic differences between what you are looking for in a job and what people around the world are seeking.  This tells us that we need to take people on their own terms and do not generalize them.  There were some people in the class who did not fall strictly in this scheme and all of you seem to be different from those who have participated in a 64 year study of differences between worker expectations and manager perceptions of worker expectations.
